Every interaction I had with this company was stress free, easy and professional. The website design to order the blinds, was clear and intuitive to use. There were options that I didn't even know existed for blinds!! When you order custom blinds from Blinds Galore - they are CUSTOM!!! :) My order arrived VERY quickly (during pandemic; during Christmas season; and I live in Canada). The installation instructions were very clear and informative. The order was EXACTLY as I had ordered. All hardware was included. The blinds were very easy to install. I discovered a tiny hole in one of the blinds and when I got on the phone w/ the customer service representative she was professional and sweet and offered to start the re-order process immediately. I saved HUNDREDS of dollars by going with Blinds Galore!! I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my blinds, order and ordering process. I need more blinds and will definitely be ordering from Blinds Galore again.
