However, if you are not completely satisfied with your custom window covering for any reason, you may exchange it within 30 days. Simple as that.
FAQs about the Blindsgalore Guarantee
- How do I request an exchange? All Guarantee orders must originate through the Blindsgalore customer service team or they will be considered invalid, please contact us at 877-702-5463 or customercare@blindsgalore.com.
- What products are covered? Everything that we sell at Blindsgalore, except shutters and custom graphic shades.
- What brands are covered? All brands that we sell at Blindsgalore.
- What if I measure incorrectly? Your mis-measured products are covered under this guarantee.
- Do I have to order the same product? No, you may select a new product. You must, however, cover the original window.
- What if the replacement product I order is a higher price? You will pay the difference of the new product.
- What if the replacement product I order is a lower price? The price difference cannot be refunded or issued as store credit.
- Who covers shipping costs of returning the product? You will be responsible for the return shipping. Original orders must be returned before new blinds are shipped.
- Within 30 days of what? From the date you received the order.
- How many window coverings can I replace? This guarantee covers up to 4 window coverings per household. You may replace each window covering only once.
- What about special promotions? Special promotions such as Buy One Get One do not qualify for additional items to be exchanged. The limit is still 4 window coverings per household.
