Every interaction I had with this company was stress free, easy and professional. The website design to order the blinds, was clear and intuitive to use. There were options that I didn't even know existed for blinds!! When you order custom blinds from Blinds Galore - they are CUSTOM!!! :) My order arrived VERY quickly (during pandemic; during Christmas season; and I live in Canada). The installation instructions were very clear and informative. The order was EXACTLY as I had ordered. All hardware was included. The blinds were very easy to install. I discovered a tiny hole in one of the blinds and when I got on the phone w/ the customer service representative she was professional and sweet and offered to start the re-order process immediately. I saved HUNDREDS of dollars by going with Blinds Galore!! I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my blinds, order and ordering process. I need more blinds and will definitely be ordering from Blinds Galore again.

"Amazing blinds"

We are in love. This is an amazing blind. It’s very well made, sturdy, the color is beautiful. There is nothing I would change. The cordless feature is great, I’m very happy with that choice. We’ve had many compliments and inquiries about them in the last few days. I also need to praise the customer service I’ve received, as my blinds were lost in transit. Blindsgalore sent me a replacement without fuss. Even though it took a bit for them to get here, it was worth the wait. I have no regrets, I’ve already helped my mother order 4 blinds for her house.
