If your window coverings didn't come out exactly as you imagined, we've got your back. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we give you 30 days to exchange your custom blinds or shades. It's that easy.
All brands and products sold by Blindsgalore are covered except for shutters and custom graphic shades.
You must request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
The Blindsgalore Guarantee covers up to 4 window coverings per household. You may only replace each window covering once.
All Blindsgalore Guarantee orders must originate through the Blindsgalore customer service team or they will be considered invalid. Please contact us at 877-702-5463 or customercare@blindsgalore.com to start the process.
Your mis-measured products are covered by the Blindsgalore Guarantee.
No, you may choose a new product. However, you must cover the original window.
You will be required to pay the price difference.
Unfortunately, the price difference cannot be refunded or issued as store credit.
All exchanged items should be donated to a local charity. We recommend Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill. If your local groups are unable to accept window coverings as donations, please destroy the products and submit proof to our customer service team.
Special promotions such as Buy One Get One do not qualify for additional items to be exchanged. The limit is still 4 window coverings per household.
